WOW! House has been running for 4 years now, but this was my first visit.

If you’ve not heard of it before, it is a one of a kind show house, set up in The Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, where every room has been designed exquisitely by an incredible list of world renowned interior designers, from Emma Sims Hilditch, Alex Dauley, Kelly Hoppen and Staffan Tollgard.

The designers are given complete carte blanche to create whatever they want, which really creates some incredible results, and gives the public as well as us fellow designers an opportunity to take a really in depth look into what these desginers are doing – from entrance halls, and bedrooms, to cinema rooms, studys and bathrooms.

Elegant living room with a spiral staircase, ornate mirror, and pink sofa. Decor includes plants, framed art, and soft beige tones.

The Cox London entrance hall was an incredibly elegant starting point for the tour, with stunning effects of proportion and balance. ‘The staircase to heaven’ was beautifully detailed, and the curation of artwork and accessories was a joy.

The Philip Jeffries study by Staffan Tollgard was a very strong space with laser cut veneer wallcovering, lighting by Lasvit and the most beautiful desk from Ceccotti Collezioni.

Stylish room with patterned walls, dark ceiling, and modern pendant lights. Features a wooden desk, green chair, and gold cabinet. Elegant mood.

The house of Rohl bathroom was a wonderful sinuous space with lots of soft curves and minimal tiling.  A central feature circular shower with matching vanities either side stopped you in your tracks.  The vanity units finished in stunning liquid bronze finish by Anka Bespoke, and accessorised with furniture by Tom Faulkner and Porta Romana.

Luxurious beige bathroom with a central shower, marble steps, two vessel sinks on stone pedestals, oval mirrors, and soft lighting.

The exhibition is held between early June and early July with a full programme of talks by a plethora of industry superstars such as Tim Gosling, Darren Price, Joanna Plant and Paolo Moschino.

I would encourage anyone with an interest in interiors to make a visit next year.  There is something for everyone and so many interesting details to take in.
